February 9, 2025: An Invitation to Freedom

Peter is invited by Jesus twice- and Peter accepts with life changing consequences- and two boats full of fish. Maybe it’s time to stop rejecting the Lord’s call, and take up Peter’s example!

Fr. Daniel Belken is a priest of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau of the Roman Catholic Church. He was ordained to the Priesthood on June 12, 2020, and currently serves as the Parochial Administrator at St. Denis Parish in Benton, Missouri, and St. Lawrence Parish in New Hamburg, Missouri, as well as being the Director of Worship and Liturgy for the Diocese.
