March 24, 2024: Palm Sunday of the Lord’s Passion

The celebration of Palm Sunday is twofold: the triumphant entry, and the exit to Calvary as the Lord is laden with the Cross. As we behold these mysteries this week, how do we behold them?

Fr. Daniel Belken is a priest of the Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau of the Roman Catholic Church. He was ordained to the Priesthood on June 12, 2020, and currently serves as the Parochial Administrator at St. Denis Parish in Benton, Missouri, and St. Lawrence Parish in New Hamburg, Missouri, as well as being the Director of Worship and Liturgy for the Diocese.
